1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NeuroHorizon's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NeuroHorizon provides AI-powered lead generation and online advertising services. Our services include:

• Lead identification and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Social network integration for lead generation

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Google Ads leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Facebook/Meta leads: $50 per qualified lead
• LinkedIn Premium leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the following criteria:

• Valid contact information (email and phone verification)
• Demonstrated interest in your products or services
• Match your specified target audience criteria
• 95% minimum quality score based on our verification process

If leads do not meet these standards, we will provide replacement leads at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target audience specifications
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing necessary access to advertising accounts when required

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, methodologies, and technologies used by NeuroHorizon remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use our services but not to reproduce or distribute our technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeuroHorizon's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients must ensure their use of our services complies with:

• CAN-SPAM Act and similar anti-spam legislation
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• GDPR and other data protection regulations
• Platform-specific advertising policies

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Angelo, Texas.
